The images made avalable on sigmages.charlenechua.com are copyright of Charlene Chua. These images are provided free of charge, as-is, to individuals who wish to make use of them in NON-PROFIT, PERSONAL projects (e.g making sig tags).

If you wish to use the art, you agree to abide by the following:

• All works provided under the 'Images' section (henceforth referred to as 'art') are copyright of Charlene Chua (henceforth referred to as 'the artist')
  
  
• Please include 'Illustration © Charlene Chua' for all derivative art (henceforth referred to as 'derivatives') created with art from this site.
  
  
• You may create derivatives for personal, non-profit projects only.
  
  
• You may create derivatives and upload them, to a resonable degree, to a third party website of commercial intent providing you do so as an individual.
  • Acceptable example: You make 5 tags and upload them to your account on a community site with web advertising.
  • Unacceptable example: You run a company that makes free sig tags/ themes for the public and you sell advertising space on your website
    
    
• You agree to use derivative art responsibly. This includes, where possible, limiting or disabling functions on third party websites that may allow the original image and/or the derivitive art to be expoloited.
  • Example: if you host your tag on a photo-sharing site, disable functions to allow the art to be purchased as a print.
    
    
• You may alter art so long as it is not altered to such extent it may be deemed graphically explicit/pornographic, politically inappropriate, or else defames the original integrity of the art and/or its creator.
  
  
• You may not combine art with other graphics and claim it as an original art, regardless of whether the derivative is commercial in nature or not..
  
  
• Some of the art here may be considered unsuitable for minors. Please ensure the appropriate precautions are taken when reproducing the art.
  
  
• Please do not directly link to images on this site.
  
  
• You agree to absolve the artist from any claims, damages, litigation or dispute arising from or including a derivative.
  
  
• The artist reserves the right to request that a derivative be removed from use if, at the artist's sole discretion, the artist deems the art or derivative to be inappropriate and/or deficient in compliance with these terms of use.
